Alli is very good but if you want to lose weight you still need to exercise and to watch your calories's count.
If you want to use Alli just be prepared to use the restroom many times a day...

I was taking alli way before it came available over the counter. It works differently in every person. However, every person will have the same reaction: grease leak. Every so often you will have a unexpected grease leak. So, if you want to benefit from not having your body absorb a percentage of the fat the you consume, but don't want to walk around with a grease stain on your butt, I suggest you ..... well, I'll let you figure it out as far as what to put to prevent embarrassment.
The product does deliver. The proof is in the pudding.

This product works by blocking the fats and having them come out of your body by bowl movements. Once you get used to what is happening and the movements your body does, it works great. You just need to remember to always take before each meal in order for it to work. I forgot to take it for several days and found my weight to remain the same.Once I started again, I lost about .1-.3 of a pound every day which is a great weekly result of between 1-1.5 pounds a week. This weight loss was after my initial 3 pound weight loss in three days that I assume was water weight.Product Review: I am a life-long Alli Fan!

I love this stuff, and I have not had any bad experiences with any bad side effects (oily discharge, etc.) This product is great, just when you think you might have blown your diet, Alli is there to save the day and get you back on track. I was skeptical. Not that it wouldn't do what it was supposed to do but that I would be able to take the capsules & live with the "treatment effects". Well, so far so good. It's been over a week and I haven't had any problems. I can see the effects of the treatment in the toilet bowl but haven't had any "anal leakage", "greasy gas", uncontrolled expulsions, etc. This is meant to help you, not do it for you. I've been careful not to eat too much fat but did splurge with a little ice cream & a brownie and other than a little more "pizza grease" floating in the toilet, no problems. I have not doubt, if you go out and eat something deep fried, you'll pay the price but for normal low fat eating with an occaisional, reasonable treat, it seems to be okay.
