I have been using Alli since it came out. I don't need to loose weight but are using it to keep weight off. I lost 54 pounds on another product over a year ago. I also suffer from Migraine headaches and a great side effect of it is since I have started taking it, I suffer from less migraines. This product will only work for those COMMITTED to loosing weight.
