I'm a member of the "tried it all" club. I have no idea how much money I've spent over the years trying to lose weight. I started using Alli on January 16, after a visit from my doctor. I have now lost 23 pounds, and I have even cheated pretty often - due to graduations, birthdays, etc. I just get right back on the wagon. It's actually hard to get negative results with Alli - I could not be happier with the product. And oh, yes, what you read about the "effects" can be true - but the good news is that you learn through better habits that you are in control of that aspect, too. Amazon rocks with the Alli prices - I've done the research -get it here because you won't find it for less, especially with the free shipping. this product works so be carefull when you use it. If you eat a fat loaded meal you will need to be close to a bathroom when its "that time". Used as directed no problems and it has helped me. I only take it with meals that contain over 10grms of fat.Product Review: Every little bit helps

I have been using Alli since it hit the market. It is no miracle pill, but I stay on a diet and eat low fat foods, but I'm also in my 50's and it is easy to put on a few pounds. Alli just helps me stay on track and if I go out and eat something a little heavier than usual, I take an Alli and at least feel like I offset those extra fat calories a little. A couple of years ago when I was trying to loose weight, I got to a plateau and couldn't seem to do anything to drop more weight, when I started using the Alli, it moved me off that plateau and helped me loose a few more pounds. Even if it only reduces your calories by 100-200 a day. Every little thing you do helps.
Not drnking soda.
Cutting way back on refined carbs.
Walking an extra 15 minutes.
This is just 1 thing and what you're doing combined does make a difference.
You have to learn to handle the side effects.

I use this is combination with Weight Watchers and have found this has greatly enhanced my weight loss regiment. Taking this pill does not mean you can eat burgers and fries all day and lose weight, but it helps when you eat a decent healthy diet and are finding that the weight will not go away. It also helps to get off your [...] and exercise. This pill isnt a miracle working unless you havea real desire not to lie to yourself and take steps toward losing weight.
With that said, I have lost 10 pounds in a month through using this pill, eating a healthy diet and exercising. Downside: Some bathroom side affects occur if you eat more that 15g of fat in one sitting. Be conscious of what you put in your mouth and you will see results!
