Alli along with a sensible diet and exercise plan allows you to lose weight easier. I have lost over 20 lbs in one month. If you follow the directions in the program guide there are little to no side effects. I purchased Alli from Amazon and have been on it for almost 2 weeks. I am following the recommended calorie and fat guidelines and have lost 5 pounds. I have been taking Alli for a couple of months and it does work without any doubts, and as a by product it trains one to eat a low fat diet(within reason) if you eat to much fat you get a loose bowel movement with liquid fat, so that gives you a sense of what kind of food is high fat or low fat and how much you can eat without the extra loose bowel movements, My fat belly is almost gone, i have not added any exercise routine, i kinda watch what i eat and how much...kinda...i have dropped 20 Lbs, Alli really does work.

I chose to use Alli to see if I could get my body weight and body fat to come down. In the first 30 days I have lost 8 pounds but more important to me is the way my clothing fit. The Alli product is helping me to reduce body fat. I know there are no miracle products out there, but this one is sure working for me. Make sure you visit the Alli website before you chose this product, it is not for everyone and could have embarrassing side effects if you don't follow the product guidelines.
