Like other reviewers, I had a problem with the bottles not being sealed properly and a gooey mess inside the box. No thanks!
The detergent itself is great for baby with sensitive skin (eczema), though.

i bought this item for baby items, and it cleans as well as Dreft, but is cheaper and smells sooo nice! I now use it for lots of items, inclluding towels and sheets. Some detergents are too harsh for members of my family, but everyone is fine with this one. I will continue to buy this, and recommend it for babies or anyone else for that matter.
