I could care less about the smell and those types of things. Bottom line it's baby safe, and cheaper than Dreft.
The thing that irritated me is that the first box leaked purple all over my porch. Of course I can't judge the product by this. Make sure when the UPS guy drops it off you check the box for leaking.
The next one they sent, after I refused it, was all damaged, dirty, and dusty. I had to actually clean it off. That is why I am giving this 4 stars. It's 3 star service, with a 5 star product.

I thought this product was lost forever, until I found it on here. I used it after the birth of my first child, then the stores that I had purchased this product from stopped carrying it. I was very disappointed... I love this stuff, it is soooo gentle and yet is works on really tuff stuff. It also has a very light soft baby smell to it that is great... I don't like detergents that have absolutely no scent.... I bought it to use for my second child that is on the way but I have found it is great on bedding, towels, my clothes, and even my hubands clothing.... Thank you for such a wonderful product and NEVER STOP making/selling this PLEASE!!!!!!

I started using this for my son's clothes when i first discovered it. I didnt like the way Dreft made his clothes feel or smell. I also felt that it didnt clean as well as it should. But All baby changed all that. His clothes were clean and smell like baby clothes again. i used this with the baby oxi and together they were the perfect pair. I purchased this product under the Subscribe and Save option. The delivery was prompt. The item arrived at my door step within five days after the order had been placed. I hate to struggle with bulky items in the supermarket parking lot, especially in bad weather, and so this is the perfect solution for me! I am very happy with the value as well. I paid 10% less plus free delivery, then I would normally pay at the supermarket on sale with taxes. Bravo, Amazon!
Regarding the product itself: I used to be a Tide person, until its strong perfumed odor became too much. I then switched to Dreft, but the price was rather high. ALL offered a great combination of price and quality: the smell was pleasant, yet suddle; the detergent worked well on both my whites as well as my colors. I have been using it for the entire household for a couple of years now and do not see myself switching to anything else any time soon.
Regarding the large bottle: I was initially affraid that the 64-load bottle would be bothersome to handle. Not so! It is easy to maneuver and not bulky at all! The detergent is trully concentrated and a little goes a long way... Hope it works for you, too!
