This is simply alka seltzer without the aspirin. Just for heartburn alone. Works great and does not taste too bad. There is another like product that Alka Seltzer makes but it does not work as well and tastes terrible. And of course the service from Amazon is perfect. Have prime which is a great deal. I get everything in two days.
