I have tried a number of Probiotics over the years with no luck. My GI doc told me about Align a few months ago. I started it immediately, and what a difference! There were times when my belly would look like i was going to give birth within a week. Bloating, pain and chronic constipation was the norm for me...until Align. Was shocked to learn that Align Probiotics failed to meet ConsumerLab standards for meeting label claims about the amount of probiotic organisms in its supplement. ConsumerLab found that Align Probiotics, distributed by P&G, only contained 53% of listed amount of probiotic organisms per capsule. On a related note, Culturelle probiotic also FAILED ConsumerLab test - its product only contained 58% of the amount listed on the label.
Just goes to show that big names don't automatically mean better products - a timely reminder that it is always prudent to do your research before spending your hard earned money!

I suffer from terrible digestive problems. They would regularly put me in the ER. In the last 6 months I have changed my eating habits and started exercising while also doing a cleanse followed by probiotics once every 1-2 months. It has eliminated my digestive issues. Every once in a while I'll get a severe stomach reaction and start feeling like I did 6 months ago. Whenever I do I'd take Align and the issue will be resolved within 2-3 days.
