This product greatly improved my symptoms of chronic diarrhea and cramping from IBS. Like with any probiotic, you may feel worse for the first couple of weeks (very gassy, etc) before you feel better. But it was worth it for me. The Amazon price is the best I've seen. With a letter of medical necessity from my doctor, it is also covered under my FSA plan, so I buy it with tax free dollars.
