Aleve "all day strong" helps me many times when I have shoulder pain caused by a rotator cuff injury. The Aleve caplets contain no aspirin which can cause stomach trouble for some people; and with this version of Aleve I get pain relief for a good 10 to 12 hours. The caplets are not "horse pills" which can be difficult to swallow, either. Great!
Aleve also helps with minor aches and pains including headaches, menstrual cramps, muscular aches and it can temporarily reduce a fever, too. There are important cautionary notes on the package and the bottle--just be sure to read those carefully so you don't take this product at the wrong time. However, with careful use, Aleve happens to be an excellent product.
Use these pills before any expiration date stamped on the outside, thin cardboard paper packaging. After that date throw these out and get a new bottle.

Over the years, dancing and such, I have tried them all. Aleve has to be one of the greatest pain relievers/anti inflammatories out there. I suffer from a stiff knee due to an injury. Doctor gave me one they pulled off the market. That worked, but not as good as Aleve. I take two of these when it acts up and pain and stiffness is GONE.
Don't take with aspirin; do check with with cautions. I have easily bothered stomach, though some say this can irritate it, has never bothered me. Take two and forgettaboutit.........
