Customer Review: Be Careful! Take 4 a Day!

I have macular degeneration (dry) and have taken this vitamin for 2.5 years at the WRONG DOSE! The recommended dosage is very obscure on the package. It is 4/day. I took 1/day for 2.5 years. I have switched to another brand that packs the vitamins needed into 2/day. I don't know what harm I have done to my eyes from under-dosing.
