will not allow me to go to the local drugstore and buy a substitute,not that another brand might not work.However the comfort of the one you love is not a gamble.If I can't find this product at Walgreens or Jewel or K-mart and if I remember correctly Dominick's.Then I will pay the unwanted shipping fee to hopefully get the right product at the best price I can via the internet.This and ZAND CLEANSE TODAY 60 VCAPS and that what is it "Maas"? the silver and jewelry polish,are things that I Don't substitute since my mother doesn't leave the house that much.Don't compromise on your loved ones comfort it would be cruel to use the wrong product especially for something you put into your eyes or bowels.(My mother already said that some of the stuff she used in her eyes made them sting..)so get the right stuff.Product Review: The only one for me....

I have very dry and sensitive eyes due to an auto-immune condition, and have had to use artificial tears for decades. I've gone through many types and brands. BION Tears are the only ones on the market now that give my eyes enough moisture but not too much, are not "sticky" so they don't blur vision, and are enough too relieve my dryness without any side effects from ingredients. Even other brands that supposedly have no preservatives/additives have bothered my eyes. I use BION Tears regularly throughout the day, and sometimes use an ointment at night. The one thing I would say, is that they aren't enough when I have to fly on an airplane.(But, I find Systane ULTRA, another product by the same maker, works well for that.) I just hope they keep making BION Tears! My luck is to find something good and then it's discontinued! Now that I've found BION Tears online for a much better price than I've found anywhere else, including discount retailers like Target and WalMart, I'M HAPPY!!Product Review: important and reliable

Bion Tears is very important to me because of my dry eye syndomme and I can rely on Amazon to have this product at my finger tips at any given moment when needed.
