I purchased this as a Christmas gift. Needless to say, it was used at least 50 times that night with people trying to test its consistency and of course to see how high they could get it to read. It seemed to work pretty well that night. I'm not sure how it is doing now, though.Product Review: Good Product....

It's a good product that is more useful for laughs on a night out than it is for accurately predicting your BAC.
I bought it for my brother for his 21st birthday and we had everyone from my grandparents to my 21 year old brother using blowing into the breathilyzer to test their alchohol level.
The major drawback of using this is you have to wait a good 15-20 minutes after your last beer or 20-30 minutes after your last shot before testing yourself to get an accurate reading. Though it is fun to chug a beer and see how high high of a reading you can get.
Just as a heads up, this thing burns through batteries.

Bought this after trying a friend's at a house party. It works pretty well and lets you know if you are over the legal limit or not. Other reviews have commented on the time it takes to recycle so that another person can use it. This is true, but for the cost, I thought it was a reasonable accommodation to make. I have only used it a few times (I'm not the partygoer I was when I was younger :-)) but have been very satisfied with it and would recommend it. I gave it 4 stars only because of the 60-90 second delay required for another person to use it.
