Customer Review: I was skeptical - but it tastes good!

I was VERY skeptical before I drank this. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and my gag reflex has been on over-drive my entire pregnancy. I have been anemic and trying hard to get my iron up. In order for the iron I was taking to absorb, I need to take 2000 mg of vitamin C. I had been chewing these giant overly-sweet vitamin C pills - just thinking about them makes me feel ill. My midwife then gave me a few packets of Emergen-c rasperry flavor to try, and I literally read reviews for 15 before opening the packet and trying it out.
Well, I must say I am pleasantly surprised. The flavor IS very mild, so I put 2 packets in about 16 oz. of water. No yucky after-taste, and not particularly vitamin-tasting either. Quiet refreshing with ice cold water! I will be drinking this for the rest of my pregnancy - I am SO happy to find something I can get down and actually enjoy taking.
