I use this every day. It certainly helps ward off colds. Haven't had one in years. I add it to my orange juice each morning. Helps keep my cholesterol count in desirable range. All in all I feel Linus Pauling was right!

We have developed this unique and important Emergen - C Heart Health formula in response to the growing concern over cholesterol levels and general heart health. Lycopene and Vitamin C (as Mineral Ascorbates). Research has shown that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables (which contain Vitamin C and Lycopene) is associated with a healthy heart. Both Vitamin C and Lycopene, a known powerful antioxidant, are key ingredients in our formula. 4 packets per day gives you the same amount of Lycopene found in 1/2 lbs. of fresh tomatoes! Plant Sterols- Virtually every plant contains natural sterols, which work with your body chemistry to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels when combined with a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low in saturated fat.
