Product Review: Great Training Supplement

I consider myself a relatively active individual. I've been paddling outrigger for 2 years now and am currently preparing for the 2010 Moloka'e Hoe. Having practice every other day for 2 hours at a time really depletes my body. After repeated soreness after practice, despite taking protein and creatine after practices, I decided to try out BCAAs to add to my regimen. The BCAAs seem to work and prevent my muscles from feeling too sore after hard practices. The individual packets are really helpful for taking with me wherever I go. Also, the cost is amazing. I've seen this stuff on shelves at the vitamin shoppe for almost 4 times the price. The flavor is not the greatest, but it dissolves quickly. To me, flavor is not that important, it's the function of the supplement that wins me over. While I'm taking this supplement, if I'm not too sore, it's doing it's job and I couldn't be happier.
UPDATE
After using this product while racing in the Henry Ayau OC-6 race from Hawaii Kai to Nanakuli (roughly 31 miles) and experiencing almost no muscle fatigue by the end of the race, amino vital has a terrific product. I have since ordered 7 more boxes of fast charge for future races/practice sessions. Of note, prior too and during the race, I consumed 6 packets. One packet prior to the race and then 1 packet per hour for the 4 hours and 40 minutes it took to complete the race.
