Customer Review: Not too sweet and works well for long rides.

I like to do 60+ mile rides on my road bicycle and this product really helps with endurance. It doesn't leave a sticky residue and has a neutral taste. They claim the branch chain amino acids are the trick, and the research I am aware of supports this claim. I also like it because my water bottles don't get the "black spots" any more. I assume this is due to not using simple sugars.
