Customer Review: Caused other foot problems

This velcro strap irratated my forefoot when put on tight enough to feel a stretch, and the top of my ankle was irratated by the splint to the point where it formed a big bruise. The velcro on it kept getting caught on my blanket and pulling off. Generally tis splint offered no stretch - it just helped keep me from pointing my toes - until it slipped off or got caught most nightz. I think a splint that provides a stretch, like the Strassburg Sock, would work better. I ended up using icepacks after every run, doing foot strengthening exercises, and getting a cortisone shot and that shot seemed to do a lot more good than the goofy night splint.
