Great stuff to fly with. It actually helps ease jet lag. I don't feel so dehydrated either after flying. Also use it when I begin to feel snifflies coming on. It really just stops me from getting sick at all.Product Review: i've tried it all!

wheatgrass, barley green, goji berries, pom juice, vitamin d and vitamin c supplements, usnea, propolis, so on and so forth, and that's not including the actual medicines I've tried for when something went wrong (not enough sleep, not enough water).
this can't stand up to any of them. if i could just pick one, I'd have to stick with barley green. your immune system really does improve.
