This Afrin product suits my severe sinus/allergy needs very, very well. I'm dependent on oxygen, as I have COPD -- and when my sinuses are severely congested, I don't get enough oxygen ... this formula is the only one of all brands I've tried which keeps my breathing passages open consistently.
