As the poster above said, a VERY tiny package considering the amount of goodies in it. The entire thing is about the size of a stack of 8 CD cases and fit easily into my backpack. The real gem of this kit though is the book. It covers everything from mundane camping injuries like blisters, burns, and sprains to things that I hope will never happen to me like bullet/arrow wounds, exotic snake bites and the like. The "what to do when you have nothing else" tips are a real winner to as the whole idea of being "in the wild" is that you won't necessarily have everything you need.
If you're camping anywhere, I'd say you have to own this product.
