I broke my ankle late this summer and after I got out of my walking boot, my foot would often swell by the end of the day. I purchased this wrap and iced my foot down with it every night. It worked great as it was high enough to cover my ankle and adjustable with the wrap to fit any size foot. My swelling has now almost disappeared after several weeks. I would highly recommend this product if you need to ice your foot.
