Product Reviews of AcneFree Clear Skin System, 3-Step Kit (Purifying Cleanser, Renewing Toner, Repair Lotion)Product Review: Elasticity Summary: 3 StarsI did research eye treatment for wrinkles, this is the only product which is new that is made just for that reason. I have used it for 1 year it does not take wrinkles away but it makes your skin tighter around the wrinkle sagging area of the corner of the eyes its less visible.
Product Review: AcneFree indeed! Summary: 5 StarsI love, love, love, AcneFree. I usually use a product for so long and it's like it stops working. I've always had acne and never found anything that worked good and over a long period of time. AcneFree has a good price and definitely works. I saw a difference after a few days and eventually my pores were almost completely gone and my face was blemish free.
My skin is extremely sensitive and I have Dermatitis and when I used it the recommended times per day I had a reaction to it. My face swelled a little and was extremely red and hot. It was a chemical burn. Once it went away and started using it only once a day and never had the problem again. I now only use the cleanser and have since went and bought more from a local store.
It really does work and at a good price.
Product Review: Works pretty well Summary: 4 StarsMy skin starting breaking out pretty terribly, worse than it had in years, soon after I got pregnant. Once my dr. gave benzoyle peroxide the "OK", I ordered this kit. It has returned my skin to normal - which for me means just a few minor blemishes here and there. I'm no longer embarrassed!
A downside to all benzoyle products is the bleaching of fabric. I have avoided this so far by switching towels, using the wash only in the shower, and using the lotion only at night with old T-shirts and white sheets. Once a day is half of what's recommended, but works for me.
I haven't used Proactive in years, but I am at least as pleased with this product now as I was with Proactive as a teen. It's VERY similar, and certainly cheaper, esp with Subscribe & Save.
Product Review: Horrifed! Summary: 1 StarsI used it 3 days ago and now I'm sitting here waiting to go to my doctor appointment. Used ACNEFREE as directed and my face has grown more and more red, burning growing worse by the hour, my face and eyes are swollen horribly. I would take acne over this experience! I'm in pain. I'm fearing the damage that I've done to my skin by trying this product. DON"T USE this product. I am a 35 year old woman who has never had a reaction to any product. I do not have sensitive skin. I have used ProActive for years and thought that this might be a great less expensive alternative. Be careful!
Product Review: Worked for a while... Summary: 2 StarsI bought AcneFree a couple months ago when I ran out of my beloved Klear Action. I thought they would be interchangeable, but I was soooo wrong. It did work for a while, but then I suddenly started getting those deep cysts on my chin, something I hadn't experienced in a couple of years on Klear Action, then next to my nose....even now, it's hard to cover them up with makeup. I'm fed up -- I'm sure it works for some people, but I'm not one of them. Going back to KA.
