Gives you an more defined idea of body fat percentage and is about as good as your going to get for cost. It is plastic and wears out over time, also the click you are suppose to hear on my latest one does not click so I have to visualize the action, which can be done, however is not convenient.Product Review: It works

i like the idea of this, but it may be a while before i am consistent in how i am able to use it to measure myself. definitely easier to have someone else do it (but then you have to train them!).
