It's a bit thick and builds up mucus while I am riding so when riding I mix a half scoop in a 20oz bottle. I think it works great when drinking after a good ride though. It really helps rehydrate and limits the soreness in the morning.Product Review: if you cant get it on REI Outlet

if it's not on the REI outlet, then this is an OKAY option... i love the stuff, in any flavor. It is great for those who have sensitive digestive systems.
