Am really glad to find a cup holder that will fit on my music stand. Am REALLY disapointed in the size of vessel the holder will accomodate. Why even have slots in the side for the finger ring of a coffee mug if the standard coffee mug doesn't fit?Product Review: Very good, but could be better.

The holder is great for attching to horizontal bars on walkers, etc. They are hard to come by. The dimensions of the clamp are slightly larger than my mother's walker bar but I just added tape around the walker to make up the difference. Once attached I hnoticed that the blue portion of the holder is a littler softer plastic and when a cup is placed in it, it tends to lean slightly. This can cause spillage on tall drinking cups if filled high. It is definately the best thing I could find and I am reasonably satisfied with it. On a walker, the cup holder is too flimsy. I wouldn't put anything made of glass or pottery in it. It will hold a 20 oz. plastic bottle, but I always put tops back on.
It's EASY to uninstall for cleaning. However, if the main clamp is too big for the tube, you're in for a bit of work. According to the product specs, the clamp will fit a 1"+ tube and has a sleeve for 7/8" frames. Either my tape measure is wrong or I'm very tired, but my walker has a 1"+ frame. To keep the holder in place, I'm using the clamp, the sleeve and a few rounds of electrical tape to hold it. And I can easily wiggle the cup holder around.
The seller's website (AllegroMedical) says: "The Ableware Wheelchair Cup Holder can also be attached to any round tubular device such as walkers or bed rails." True, but no guarantee it will work well. If you want a walker cup holder, buy one for a walker...

It is a great accessory for my mother's wheelchair. She can now roll her wheelchair without having to hold her cup of water. She loves it!
