At my age, your teeth need all the help they can get. My dentist suggested I start using a fluoride rinse, and as he explained, it makes the enamel on your teeth harder so they'll last longer.
I chose this brand because I like the flavor (the cinnamon isn't hot so don't worry), AND because this brand is the only one I could find that's approved by the ADA.
