For years, I have curled my wrist while sleeping and it has caused tendinitis in my wrist, that can be quite painful. I have used a number of different wrist braces trying to control the night-time curling. None of them held my wrist staright enough to stop it completely, because I have fairly large hands but small wrists. I saw the ACE Wrist immobilizer and decided to try it. It has been wonderful. Due to the 2 sets of laces, I can tighten the hand section differently than I tighten the wrist section. This keeps my wrist straight, but does not cut off circulation in my hand. My wrist is now am mostly pain free when I get up in the morning.
