seem to only stick for a bit of a day and I don't think I sweat at all..had to use tape over them, to keep them on; otherwise, I have been losing them!

A little larger than Accu Band 6,000. 24k gold plated (GP) 0.06"x0.2" diameter magnets with 0.8" diameter adhesive plasters.
