The L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine ensure muscle and joint repair after exercise. Also, the GKG (Glutamine Alpha-Ketoglutarate) is very beneficial to organs and muscles.
A-bomb is easy to digest and it contains no stimulants which can interfere with sleep. I am very impressed with A-bomb and with MHP(the company that has developed A-bomb)
