or it did as late as 2/09. Their description also says it does. I'd tell the other reviewer to contact them, but they never responded to another matter, though I emailed them twice. One could always file an A-Z guarantee, if they don't.
I love this product for my knee, as it is a bit wider than their other 5" x 18" product. It also stays cold far longer than one should keep it on.
