I contacted the seller, because when my mother received the item the chain was broken. After some time, they finally sent a new chain. The chain is too thin for pendant with rough edges and the color rubs off onto her clothes. The magnifier works well, but it's hard to find another chain to match it. Don't buy this item unless you have another chain to use with it!
