I've been using 5 hour energy for a while now & the product works exactly as promised. My problem has always been the availability locally. The "wal" stores only have a couple flavors in the larger packs. I've only been able to find grape in a 24 pack here. The price per bottle is slightly higher than in the store, but an extra $.15 or so is worth it to get the flavor I like.
The product was shipped VERY fast - I received within 3 days of order. Will buy from this seller again..

Communication problem between Amazon and distributor, who has what.
Product great. Price great.
Problem, Only half, (12 bottles) of the order showed up after full payment.
When inquired at both amazon and manufactuer, i played middle man to resolve the issue. Amazon offerd to pay for the other half of the order or i could return the product.
I do not want to return the product, its not the product i dont like, just make it happen so that the rest of the order is here timely. End result, i kept the 12 bottles and was refunded the other 12.
Product not the problem. Not resolving the problem is.
