We bought these together with the smaller size (in the six pack). They are very handy and are the perfect size for certain medications. I bought these for myself because I wanted to carry a few aspirin on my keychain. Without trying to dispense medical advice, if you suspect someone has had a heart attack or stroke, an uncoated aspirin given in the first minutes can be the difference between life and death...or mitigate heart or organ damage.
I packed a few aspirin with some cotton into one of these and put it on my keychain. Then I started filling them with aspirin and giving them to friends and relatives who might be at risk of a heart attack or stroke. In every case the gift was appreciated and put to use.
The only way these could have been better is if there was an easy way to label them with "aspirin". Markers and labels do not stick very well to the smooth surface.
They are build reasonably sturdy, and have not been damaged or fallen off my keychain in about six months of use.
In summary- buy one for yourself, your spouse, and anyone in your life who has any risk factors for heart/stroke. Even if you don't have risk factors, having an aspirin to hand out in an emergency can make a big difference.

These are perfect. They are lined with a special casing both tube and lid and will hold a few days medication or other items as needed. I purchased for holding my medication and keeping it water tight when fishing, water rafting, etc.
Pros: Medium size is perfect for pocket or to clip on, watertight O-rings, holds several days worth of meds, special liner inside to prevent contents from contact with aluminum casing, nice price, shipped fast, good color selection, attached key chain.
Cons: not really any, but would be nice if they came with a carabiner for easy clip on to a belt loop or fishing vest.
For my use these will be perfect. I might also carry one for matches or other items that need to be protected. Everyone in the family gathered round and divided them up, the went fast. These would make nice stocking stuffers too. I would buy them again.
(one last bit of info: I saw these in a store yesterday. They are charging $5.00 for one only. So this is a really good deal)

These things are much better than your average pill container. I've always had problems with pill containers opening in my pocket. These don't and they never get lost because you can attach them to your key chain. Very good idea.
