I believe this product would work for most people but it really didn't help me a lot because I have sinus inflammation. However, for others, I think this is a great alternative for people who don't want to use other nasal decongestant products that can be addictive. They should improve the spray nozzle though. This stuff is YUKKY!!
I have I viral infection and was told by my doctor to use this stuff and it does not feel good!
I cannot tell a differance in snot reduction or easier breathing, however it does make my throat sore when I wake up in the morning.
It tastes like crying.

I use to buy this stuff in the drug store, but can't find it any more. All the stuff in the drug store now have chemicals, and are habit forming. You can use this one any time, no complications with other medications, not habit forming. This is very difficult to obtain locally, and my wife cannot live without it. The menthol really helps to loosen congestion and clear nasal passages. It is non-habit forming and does not contain a decongestant.
