Product Review: Gentle but not getting the affects expected

I am not sure it is doing anything because I have gotten up to the 3 pills each a night and have been here for 4 days with only one elimination a day which is completely normal for me. I am debating going up to 4 each but I thought 3 was the most. I had better results when I drank the Super Dieter's Tea. The tea moved everything! I only had one cup in the evening. I don't think I would get this one again. Another cleanse I was on a year or two ago showed results in the second day. I have been on this cleanse for over a week and haven't seen the difference.Product Review: Helps, but I'm unable to ramp up dose

I wanted to post a correction to the product information on this page, after I called the company who manufactures it, for clarification. First of all, you take it *every day*, not every other day. The every other day part is when you ramp up the dose *every other day*, by taking *more* capsules, in the evening, with water.
You might find that the product, instead of being irritating, is actually soothing. But for me, that was an almost addictive effect, which caused me to stop taking it for a short time, while I considered if it was safe. I'm not saying you couldn't get off of this product easily, and there would probably be some mild discomfort and readjusting during and after a cleanse, anyhow, so the soothing herbs are nice.
However, if you have high blood pressure, like me, and are taking a beta blocker, I would recommend getting an opinion from your doctor about these herbs. They are rather strong, and will push your heart rate up and your blood pressure and make you sweat. I suppose all of that is normal for a cleanse that is only used twice a year or so.
Once I got used to the stuff in it, my blood pressure started to go down, but not all of the way back down to normal. But, it does say to talk with your doctor about medical conditions before starting this regimen, and high blood pressure is probably one of them. I didn't, so I got a little surprise.
I also had trouble ramping up the dose to full strength. Every time I tried, I would get diarrhea. Embarrassing, but true.
I think I'm going to keep an eye on my blood pressure, and finish the regimen, a little at a time.

Am up to five pill a day it's my 3rd week. Some days am still constipated. And I only go once a day. I don't think if I increase my dose at 6 pills ea it would make a difference. I read everything it says it did and I felt good because I realized that if it did what it says it does it would have worked. Am going to finish it but I don't think I will use it again. If it has all that vegetarian ingredient I believe by now it should have been working wonderully.... always a catch to everything why can't something really work!Product Review: Outstanding formula

If you don't know how to listen to your body telling you what it needs, don't buy this one, it's not for you. As for me, this was the most effective cleanser I've ever used. I never did increase the amount of pills I took up to the full dose, and it tooke me over 3 months and a few sets of bottles to achieve the results that are now lasting over a year. It cleaned EVERYTHING in my body: my skin (which looked like a big, oily zit before and now i don't have any excess oil or zits on my face), my liver (it stopped hurting), the digestive system, kidneys, my chronic respiratory problems, chronic weakness, joint pain and discomfort, and several more. The key to using this product is being able to "hear" what your body is telling you it needs and how much. Sometimes a small dose over a longer period of time works so much better and far more effectively(even though it works much slower) than a big dose all at once, which could make you sick and cause some complications in addition to missing out on feeling really great!
