I wish I would have bought this stethoscope earlier!!! I love it, it takes out background noise, so when your riding lights and sirens in the back of the ambulance, all you hear is your patients heart and breath sounds. Hope you enjoy as much as I do!!Product Review: wish the name tag was included

The product is worthy. As an EMT I use this product many times daily for vitals. The 20$ free scopes given to us hold no light to the Littmann as would be expected. Bouncing around on a truck makes it hard enough to hear, but this brings out the detail that you might miss with a cheaper less trusted brand. There is no need to look anywhere else, this scope is great for all around use. The only drawback is no nametag included, and without thinking I left the scope dangling from my rear view mirror for about 30 minutes in my car... It was hot out and it seems to have permanently "kinked" the hose a tad where it made contact with the bezel of the rear view mirror. It does not effect the functionality, but now there is a random looking small bend/bump in the hose... oh well... Still an A+ from me!
