first of all i would like to say the customer service from Pier mall is the best!i got my order 2 days after i placed it,how cool is that?!
second i would like to say YES this product works i was a size 6 and now im a size 4....
i would like to add that i have not had any bad side effects once so ever,i actually find this tea very relaxing...

This is a great tea for relieved constipation, specially those associated with PMDD. If your weight is associated with constipation, it is a great tea
However, even it is a natual herbal tea, it is still a medicine, and should be used with CAUTION! Since Senna IS a natural laxative, so the tea should be prepared by steeping the tea bag briefly. Also, it should not be drank multiple time a day. Once the sympton is relieved, it should stop using.
