This tea works like a miracle. I drink 2 cups and 1 cup of wu long a day, and i do jillians workout and ana caban ab workout dvds i didn't pay much attention too much cause i work 2 full time jobs. You know what its like to work so much and not really be able to stare in the mirror. i went from 230 to 140 in 3 months and i'm like whoa are you kidding me! I gain so much that very minute i looked in the mirror. I am definitel going to keep up with this figure i have. I worked so hard for it stress free and it turned out better than i can imagine. Guys give it just like a month. only 2 weeks went by and people were telling me my face look thinner lol i guess i been so busy with working and excersing all in one i paid no attention to the mirror or the scale unitl today. i drink it with the siet lipton raspberry juice. it taste very good. I am writing this review from my bathroom, after having tried my first cup of this tea last night. The tea tastes great! I could tell it was working when I found myself buckling over cramping at the firefighter's burn center garage sale today, in front of a bunch of people there, and in view of the cable-television taping of the event. It works great, but please plan your "tea-time" so you don't cramp up an inconvenient moment. Product Review: It does work

I have been drinking this tea for 3 weeks and I can already say that it has helped me with my weight. I have already lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I drink this tea twice a day. Beginners, be careful as this tea will make your stomach hurt in the beginning. Also, becareful of it's strength! Don't let the tea bag sit to long.Product Review: Awfull be carefull with it!

Its just a plain laxative and diuretics.First day you would feel really sick and drowsy, loose a few pounds of water weight from diarrhea and have a bad headache.I dont know how it would work in a long term but surely not good for you. The only reason i can imagine ever using it would be a so bad constipation that i wouldnt care about the side effects.
