Alot of overweight people suffer from constipation and some of the extra weight is due to that, as for the reviews that it is just a laxative, it cleanses your body naturally which is needed if you are backed up!!This is a great aid to any diet and does work, like all the other reviews just make sure you are close to a bathroom.
