These do not work. Thought I would try and get value from a 3 month pack but these don't suppress appetite at all. I've used "DEX-L10 Hoodia Gordonii (500mg) Natural Appetite Suppressant, Capsules, 60 Count" before and those actually work, they suppress my appetite. They even come with a certificate proving they are real Hoodia. But those are much more expensive, which is why I tried this 3 months supply of a different brand. I returned these to Amazon for a full refund. I'll just eat less and work out more. =P
