After years of wearing do-it-yourself guard for night grinding, I must say this is the easiest product to set up. In the past, I was alway nervous to "shape" the guard because I couldn't get it in a comfortable form. This guard is so simple to "shape" because of its deep tray. I would definitely buy again!
