If you like hot chocolate. . this is gonna be very very tasty for you. Of course it won't be hot though. Its really chocolaty. Not too sure how good it works as I just opened it but I know it tastes great. The ingredients look good to so it should be pretty good. I just it after a work out, along with casein protein for before bed, and whey protein throughout the day. Looks great so far
