Since having bariatric surgery, taking daily vitamins is essential. The doctors suggested various kinds from chalky chewable tablets to horse sized pills. It wasn't until a friend who also had the same surgery told me about liquid vitamins did I know about this option.
I discussed it with the bariatric surgeon who also confirmed its success. Liquid vitamins absorb quicker and easier to digest. The bottle is designed so you squeeze one portion from the bottom into an attached section and drink. Task completed. One still needs additonal B and calcium, but for the benefit and ease of use, it has been a life saver.
