I do think there's something to the calming effects of the Rhodiola. I don't find it as overwhelming as some of the reviewers on the 1fast400 site, but I do think it's an interesting herb. I've been stacking it with forskolin, and I do think it's giving me something of an edge when it comes to burning fat. The two provide an interesting energy that can't be compared to the effects of caffeine or other stimulants. I'm hard-pressed to describe the sensation, but it seems to me to translate to more energy in the muscles rather than in the bloodstream. I feel ready to go without feeling jumpy or amped up like I would on a typical stimulant.
If you're interested, I'd say you can do worse than to take the plunge and try it!
