OptiFiber is the best fiber supplement I have found. It's much better than any psyllium based fiber. Psyllium thickens too much too quickly. OptiFiber is non-thickening, dissolves easily, sugar and flavor free, with all natual ingredients. The maltodextrin and hydrolyzed guar gum mix well with whatever you want to drink and seem to be as therapuetic as any other fiber.
Lately, OptiFiber has been hard to find; I hope it's not obsoleted.
