Update, January 31: Of the four I ordered, two of them lost "caps" where the plastic "hinges" broke. I contacted the vendor and they immediately sent me replacements free of charge and did not ask for return of defective ones. I didn't expect an inexpensive product like this to last forever, so it was no big deal. What was a big deal was how promptly and courtesously I was treated by the vendor. Product = B+. Service = A+.
