Well I have been using this product for over a year now gone through about 40 pounds and I have to say its just average. Mixing is okay clumps occasionally. Digestion is okay if you take one shake of 2 scoops but it you do another 2 scoops your stomach is going to create a lot of gas.
I believe the downside is that I felt like I gain way too much fat even though it provided protein I felt like the extra calories added a lot of fat around my mid section I think the high calorie count adds to fat not to muscle bulk or I couldn't see the muscle as much under the fat, after Im finished Im going to another product and not ON either tried that and pretty much same effect. I think I may have to try syntha 6 next keep you posted
