I have been taking Milk Thistle for a long time for my liver and it has literally saved my liver from rotting. I read up Milk Thistle literature a lot and I personally know a lot of people it helped. For the most part I have been taking multiple 200 mg and 250 mg capsules per day. I was excited to find this almost 500 mg capsule on amazon and when the product arrived at my door, I was pleasantly surprised that it had added ingredients for increasing the absorption (which most other products I have been taking do not have). I have read Milk Thistle is not very bioavailable and not easily absorbed by the body. I am excited to try this Milk Thistle Gold high potency product with the absorption boost.
